  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  • Shipping info

    I ship priority mail with tracking. once your item is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

    I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages (coming or going) so please ship your items with tracking.

    Please enter your current and correct shipping address. If a package comes back to me because of the wrong address, cusotmer will be responsible for shipping costs again.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All of my items are handmade by me. The current turn around time is up to 8 weeks to SHIP your custom items; for custom blankets, turn around time is up to 8 weeks from the day you approve your design.

  • How should I wash my item?

    I suggest you washing in cold water with mild detergent and tumble dry on low, or hang dry.

  • Can I still order Memory Monsters?

    Memory Monsters are currently retired and I am not accepting any Memory Monster orders. I appreciate all of the love and support I have received over the years! Thank you for your understanding.
